How to Clean Up Dust After Construction

Dust is never wanted in a house, not because it just looks like everything is dirty, but allergic people will be way more affected by inhaling it. The most problems come when some room should be renovated or when some part of a house needs to be reconstructed. It is always desirable to keep the dust level at a minimum, because who wants to bother with it for hours? So, how to remove dust after construction?

Here are some tips that can help you to get rid of dust:

  • Walls and dust - this is pretty easy. For this one, you will need broom, tape and soft towel. In the case your walls are freshly painted, then just wait for 20-30 days (or less, it's up to your feeling) to dry it all.

  • Ledges and baseboards - the best place for dust. It seems like the most dust is actually here. For this one, you will need the dryer sheets and the process is pretty easy.   • What about the floors? - sometimes there can be just a huge amount of dust on the floor and it really needs to be vacuumed before mopping it. A vacuum cleaner should have a good filter which will reduce the time of cleaning. To do a great job with construction cleaning, you should sweep and mop the floors several times during construction time to prevent the amount of dust moving around. A proper PH neutral detergent will help you to get that floor shiny and looking new.
